Shipping Information

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number from our selected courier service. You can track your order by visiting the courier’s website and entering your tracking number.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a calling card with further instructions for re-delivery or collection. If you opt for your package to be left in a secure location, please note that this is done at your own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate. We are unable to make changes once an order has been dispatched. Deliveries sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error are non-refundable.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard shipping: 5 – 7 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment.
  • Please note: Ongoing courier delays or strikes may impact delivery times, which are beyond our control

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or refunds in accordance with our return policy. To request a return, refund, or exchange, please follow the steps outlined below. Failure to comply may result in delays or the request being declined.

Returns

  • Contact us via email within 2 business days of receiving your order.
  • Include your Order Number, Name, Address, and Reason for the Return in your email.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
  • Once we receive your request, we will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent loss or delays.

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 3 – 5 business days via the original payment method.
  • Some banks or card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

  • Contact us via email within 2 business days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your Order Number, Name, Address, and the reason for the exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Exchanges must be for items of equal value. If the replacement item is of a different price, we will contact you to process any necessary adjustments before shipping.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the returned item, the replacement will be shipped within 3 – 5 business days.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will need to return the item in accordance with our return policy before a refund can be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
